You receive at least one MP3 recording to listen to daily. This strengthens the progress you make during the sessions, and you have something you can turn to whenever you go through difficult moments, helping you further to build the best environment to allow you to conceive.
Through daily emails, you learn about the signals your body gives you to indicate ovulation. Your body becomes your ally again on this journey, rather than a part of you that is denying you what you want so much.

A series of six sessions, approximately once every two weeks, we have a session together, where you learn to let go of negative beliefs and manage your stress levels. Together, we work on all the possible blockages to conceiving the baby you want, and build your happiness.
You receive three different recordings that are designed to help you in the different stages of the treatment. For example, for IVF, one would be around the time the ovaries are stimulated and eggs collected, then another one to encourage implantation of the embryo(s) and helping the growth of the embryo(s), and one for general relaxation. As a result, each stage is optimised to help you put all the chances on your side. You feel more prepared and confident that you are doing all you can to make it happen.
